Network Issues
Bench Service Hourly Rates is $85 per hour, including No Fault Found.
Onsite Service Hourly Rate is $125 per hour during regular working hours (9-5pm Monday to Friday), including No Fault Found.
Onsite Service Hourly Rate is $175 for weekend and emergency service (three hour response time), including No Fault Found.
Equipment Pickup for repair services (warranty and non-warranty) is $20 per incident. Return delivery is an additional charge of $20. This applies to the shipping area of the city of Toronto, weight not to exceed 40kg. Additional delivery charges will be based on weight, value and destination of shipment.
Telephone support calls will be charged the standard bench labor rate of $85 per incident. Maximum time per call is 45 minutes.
Warranty repair of IBM/Lenovo PC's, ThinkPad and PC Servers, regardless of point of purchase. $35 handling fee.
Standard bench rates will apply to No Fault Found.
Standard warranty of custom built systems is one year return to depot. Onsite service rates will apply if the customer requires onsite repairs.
New customers initial order terms are cash or certified cheque only. All payments must be made payable to: Granite Technical Services.
Granite Technical Services is not and will not be responsible for electronically stored data. We cannot guarantee compatibilities of new equipment with existing equipment.
